Your Initial Consultation
Call the office to set up an initial consultation for a time that is convenient to you. Day, evening and weekend appointments are available to fit your schedule.  There is a consultation fee for the initial meeting with Attorney Balkun. 

What to Expect
Attorney Balkun will give you his undivided attention for as long as necessary to understand your needs, explain the relevant law and formulate a plan of action. You will learn what to expect from your attorney and how you can contribute to the success of your case.

What to Bring to Your Consultation
If you have been served with legal process, please bring those papers with you.  The attorney will need to look at any outstanding court orders.  You should bring the following information if it is available to you: recent earnings statements for yourself and your spouse; business records and tax returns for any business in which you or your spouse have an interest; copies of household bills; real estate records including mortgage statements; bank, investment and retirement account records; your marriage certificate; and a list of any questions you may have.
