Privacy Policy

Confidentiality  All communication with Attorney Balkun and his staff and all information provided in the course of representation is held in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Rules of Professional Conduct governing attorneys in the practice of law in Rhode Island. Attorney Balkun fully recognizes, and the law requires, that the client's confidences must be protected from disclosure.  A fundamental principle in our lawyer-client relationship is that the attorney maintain confidentiality of all information relating to every aspect of the representation.  The client is thereby encouraged to communicate fully and frankly with the lawyer. (See Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 1.6)
